Replacement Parts
A little periodic maintenance, plus storing our hammocks, chairs or swings during protracted bad weather and other periods when they’re going unused, goes a long way toward ensuring lengthy product life. But things can nonetheless still go awry, of course …
Young squirrels may test their teeth on spreader bars. Insects can bore into wooden legs of oak tables. Tree limbs occasionally fall and break chair arms. Happy puppies often confuse hammock rope with chew toys. And the list goes on.
But rather than have to buy a whole new product when one a single part of it becomes damaged, wouldn’t it be great if you could just purchase a replacement for that part alone? With most of our Nags Head Hammocks items, you can!
Check the list below to see if the product, and the product piece, that you need is included, and then just order accordingly. However, if you don’t see your particular product or needed part among that list, don’t despair! Contact us at service@nagsheadhammocks.com, and let us know your damaged product, and the part on it you need to replace.
So that we can best assist you, please include a photo of the whole product in your email, plus a close-up of the portion you hope to replace. You can also call us at (252) 295-0405, though in this case, where photos prove so helpful, email really works best!
