Cumaru Spreader Bar: Boasting a toasted almond-brown color that ages to silver grey over time, our Brazilian teak wood is 5 times harder than pine, cedar and redwood, making it incredibly durable and resistant to wear and tear.
Rolled Rim Grommets: Compared to standard telescoping grommets, rolled rim grommets create a much more secure connection between the fabric and ring knot. This prevents rainwater from pooling and removes any sharp edges.
Galvanized Hardware: With it's superior resistance to rust and corrosion, our galvanized hardware is crucial for our hammocks, which are often exposed to moisture and other outdoor elements.
Quick Drying: Our non-absorbent polyester fiberfill, made from recycled materials, does not absorb water. This prevents waterlogging and ensures quick drying after rain or spills.

Life has a knack for wearing us down, that's why we have to remember to take some time to relax and unwind!

With a softness that rivals cotton, the Peyton Granite Quilted Hammock makes it easy to sink into a stress free zone layered in plush quilted comfort.

This quilted hammock has two layers of lock-stitched solution-dyed acrylic fabric sandwiched around a thin cushy layer of quick-drying Polyester Fiberfill Batting. On top is Sunbrella® fabric in a charming Peyton Granite pattern and underneath is Sunbrella® fabric in Canvas Black.

Both ends of the hammock bed have a thick Cumaru wood spreader bar that are known to naturally age into a beautiful silver grey color without losing any of its durability.

Strung through the spreader bars on each end of the hammock is our soft-spun synthetic DURACORD® rope in the color Oatmeal.

Hanging chains and hardware are made of galvanized steel for rust resistant strength and added support.

Despite the advanced weatherability of a Nags Head Hammock, we do always recommend storing it in an enclosed dry place away from harsh chemicals and foraging wildlife during prolonged bad weather and other protracted periods when it's going unused, to ensure its longest possible life.
